Double Glazed Windows Repairs

Install the dividers.

Condensation

It's typically caused by too much humidity in the home, with warm air meeting cold glass. This then turns into water droplets, and settles in the corners of your windows or across the frame. You can prevent this from happening by opening your windows more frequently and enhancing ventilation by installing extractor fans, and utilizing dehumidifiers. If condensation is still an issue, it's crucial to contact a professional to get to the root of the issue and fix or replace your windows if needed.

It's also important to remember that condensation on double-glazed windows can be an indication of a failing seal. This is due to the factory-applied vacuum seal can be damaged over time and allow cool air to move between the panes. As a quick fix to condensation, try using hair dryers to dry the excess moisture. This is only a temporary solution and should be used only as a last alternative.
