The Cloud scored one of the lowest marks in our quality tests because it has a thin seat made of hard plastic and a style that is dated. It's also costly compared to other strollers that are lighter which is why it's not the best option when you're looking for a budget option.

Although it's not the tiniest double stroller, it does have enough features that are worth considering. Its swiveling wheels make it easy for you to move it around flat surfaces. It also allows you to jump curbs with ease. The Cloud's low, almost knee-high handle is a drawback. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable.
