When looking for a light double stroller, weight and folded size are key factors to take into consideration. When not in use, pick a stroller that is easy to maneuver and small in size. This will make it easier to store it in your car trunk and to navigate through airport gates and international roads.

Kolcraft Cloud Plus

Created for families that are on moving. Lightweight and compact, with an easy fold with one hand. All-terrain wheels and front suspension as well as a multi-position reclining seats will accommodate children as heavy as 50 lbs. Parent and child trays, large storage basket and 3-tier extended canopy with the ability to peek through the window for maximum sun protection.

The Cloud received one of the lowest marks in our tests of quality because it has a flimsy, hard plastic seat and a design which appears outdated. It's also more expensive than other lightweight strollers which is why it's not the best option if you're looking for a low-cost option.

Although it's not the tiniest double stroller, it comes with enough features that are worth considering. The swiveling wheels make it easy to navigate it on flat surfaces. It can also leap over curbs without much effort. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage, however; it's nearly at knee height, and not adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push with your legs dangling in the air and it's also not helping that it lacks padding.

During our testing, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and use. It's a little more difficult to close, however; you have to slide a slider, and then push a large white button for it to collapse. This can be a hassle, especially if you're juggling kids while doing it.

The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that could fit a medium diaper bag. The basket is narrow, and you may need to store something inside to reach the back. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and a child tray, each with two cup holders. However, both are too small for larger cups or bottles.

Kolcraft is a family-owned business which has been operating since 1946. They began by making crib pads and diapers however, they now manufacture various baby products, including highchairs as well as infant car seats. The company is located in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a lightweight and minimalist double stroller that's great for travel. It weighs just 18 pounds which is less than many single strollers. Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is another incredibly lightweight stroller with a side by side. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 pounds. However, it's narrower and smaller (26.5 inches wide!) It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has some key distinctions. It's also a little more expensive, but it also has better maneuverability and has an extra sun canopy. It also has a convenient carry strap and can hold kids up to 44 lbs per seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+

If you're seeking a stroller which is light in weight but also packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just incredibly light at just 13 pounds, but it offers plenty of storage space in the form of parent and child cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket and a parent storage pocket and more. This stroller is also compatible with a child's seat and has a brake that flips that can be easily engaged. It's designed to evolve with your children from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller by simply attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months old and up.

This stroller has only swivel-wheels and no locking capability which means it won't be the best option for terrain that is steep or rocky. It's still a good option for most families, as it is easy to maneuver on pavements and other smooth surfaces.

This stroller is among the lightest double strollers that has large features in a sleek, compact design.
